Bimetal material
The JF800 material consists of the sintered bronze powder and steel backed material. Which has very good resistance to fatigue strength when operating in high temperatures, making them suitable for rough operating conditions. This product range is particularly appropriate for high specific loads with oscillating motion and low frequency and has been designed with indents that act as grease reservoirs for greater convenience.

Bronze wrapped bearings
The FB090 bronze bearing has a uniform pattern of indents as grease reservoirs for lubricated applications.
The FB092 supplies with perforations instead of the indents, and which improved performance because of larger grease reservoirs.
The FB09G and FB08G bearings are similar to FB090 but filled with graphite in indents as lubricants, suitable for initial lubrication.

Strong cast bronze with solid lubricants
The JDB series bearing material consist of strong cast bronze as base material and embedded with solid lubricants, this kind material provides a maintenance-free solution and particularly for high load and intermittent of oscillating motion.
